Questions

Does this replace the office?

No. It takes the routine questions and the evening enquiries and hands everything else to people. The office looks after those already on the course.

Will the guest know it is not a person?

Yes. Under the EU AI Act guests must know they are writing to a digital assistant. It still speaks for the club and in your tone.

What if a guest has no handicap?

The system asks up front and, by your rules, either offers a lesson with the pro or passes the conversation to the office.

What happens to player data?

All accounts and data stay yours, in your own services, set up with the GDPR in mind. You get every access after handover.
