Clients write when it suits them
At night, on weekends, while your staff are busy. The system replies instantly, in the messenger the client used.
Automation from Vorarlberg, Austria
The system answers clients in messengers and on your website, advises on your services and books them into your calendar. Around the clock, no receptionist needed.
Example: a dental clinic. It works the same for salons, studios, repair shops, schools — anything with appointments.
At night, on weekends, while your staff are busy. The system replies instantly, in the messenger the client used.
Prices, services, terms, FAQs: the system only answers with what you gave it. Unusual questions go to your staff.
Shows only free slots, books with the right specialist and takes a deposit if needed. No double bookings.
The day before, it sends a reminder and handles confirmation or rescheduling. The client lands in your CRM and you get notified.

CRM — client record
Built around your process. Start with one channel and add more as you grow.
Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, website chat. All conversations in one inbox.
Based on your prices, services and rules. In your tone of voice and the client’s language.
Google Calendar, Shore, Salonized, Calendly or your CRM. Appointments, tables, rentals, trial classes.
A payment link right in the chat. Fewer last-minute cancellations.
A day and a couple of hours before the visit. Confirm or reschedule in one tap.
If a question is unusual or a client is unhappy, the chat goes straight to your staff.
Every contact in your CRM or a Google Sheet: who, from where, booked for what.
A message a month after the visit, birthday wishes, a repeat booking.
Works for:
You spend about two hours on the whole project. I handle the rest.
A call about how clients reach you now and where you lose them.
I show a working conversation with your services and prices. You decide whether to go ahead.
I connect channels, calendar and CRM. We test together, then switch it on for clients.
I monitor the conversations and refine the answers. After that, it’s optional.
Run it on your own numbers. Every assumption is visible and adjustable — put in your own if mine look optimistic.
Assumptions — adjust them
This is an estimate, not a promise. The system does not create demand — it answers the people who already write to you. I’ll show the exact picture in the demo, on your data.
For the first three pilot projects the price is fixed: what I quote is what you pay, even if it turns into more work. After that, from the figure shown.
10 days
+ support €190 a month
14–21 days
+ support €290 a month
The price depends on the number of channels, how complex the scenarios are and which systems we connect. Support covers updating prices and services, checking conversation quality, refining scenarios and a direct line to me. Prices exclude VAT. External services (messengers, AI model, hosting) are paid separately, usually €20–60 per month. All accounts are registered to you.
The first 3 pilot projects
I show you a working system with your services. If it’s not right, we part ways and you pay nothing.
The second half once the system is live and you have accepted it.
An honest review and permission to show the project in my portfolio.
It only answers from the knowledge base we build together. If there’s no answer, it hands the chat to your staff instead of making things up. For the first two weeks I read the conversations myself and fix any inaccuracies.
Yes. Under EU rules (the AI Act), clients must be told they’re talking to a digital assistant. It still speaks in your tone and on behalf of your company.
No. The system connects to what you already use: calendar, CRM, spreadsheet. If you have nothing yet, I’ll suggest the simplest option.
All accounts and data belong to you and stay in your own services, set up with GDPR in mind. After handover you get full access.
